Magic Mornings with Cacao

Welcome to our transformative 14-day workshop, where we embark on a journey of self-discovery and heart connection.

Guided by Emma, we'll start each day with serene meditation sessions, sipping cacao to open our hearts and cultivate inner presence.

In addition to our daily meditations, we'll gather for opening and closing cacao ceremonies led by Sol.

These ceremonies harness the power of cacao to open and heal our hearts, setting intentions at the beginning and expressing gratitude at the end of our shared journey.

Through the wisdom of cacao, we'll deepen our connection to ourselves and each other, fostering healing, growth, and profound transformation.

Opening and Closing Ritual with Sol, these will mark the beginning and end of our collective journey. We'll set intentions and conclude our time together with shared purpose and gratitude.

Daily Morning Meditations with Emma: Join Emma each morning for serene meditation sessions. Sip cacao, connect with your heart, and cultivate presence as we embark on each day with intention.

Feb 19th to March 1st @ 7am

Community Sharing: Engage in the power of community as we support one another through this profound journey back to our hearts. Share experiences, insights, and connections in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Exclusive Participant Kit: Each participant will receive a specially curated Kura Cacao kit containing essential items such as cacao, a whisk, a cup, and a journal.

Note:

All participants will receive the necessary equipment and cacao delivered to their homes. The entire workshop will be conducted via Zoom, offering sessions in both Portuguese and English, aligned with the current local time in Lisbon.
