Handcrafted in Portugal by Sol of Kuracacao, this cacao paste is made with nothing else but pure, high-quality cacao beans— nothing else added. Lightly roasted to preserve its delicate flavor and then stone-ground in small batches, this is cacao in its most authentic form crafted for you with Love.
 
The beans are sourced directly from Hacienda Victoria, a family-run farm in the Santa Elena province of Ecuador. This farm specializes in the rare Arriba Nacional variety, prized for its fine aroma and complex flavor. Carefully fermented to enhance its natural richness, the result is a cacao with a smooth, nutty, and earthy taste, and very low acidity.
